Ms. Zanna Barnard

Ms. Zanna Barnard is an economist and public finance specialist with experience in macroeconomic analysis, fiscal policy, financial stability, and regional economic development across the Caribbean. Ms. Barnard previously held positions as Senior Economist and Senior Policy Analyst at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and is currently an Economist at the Caribbean Development Bank. Ms. Barnard has contributed to regional oversight and advisory committees, including Grenada’s Fiscal Resilience Oversight Committee, where she acted as the economic expert supporting the implementation of the Fiscal Responsibility Act.
